Searching, filtering and sorting leads

Find a lead by name, phone or contact — and save filters you use every day.

Steps

  1. 01

    Quick search

    Leads›Search leads...

Type a name, phone or email in Search leads.... The list updates as you type.
Search also finds contacts and nicknames — those results are tagged "Contact · ..." or "Nickname · ...".

Tip: Not sure of the spelling? Type part of the name.
  2. 02

    Open "Filter & sort"

    Click Filter & sort.
Sort by: Smart sort (urgent first — recommended) · Created · Contact · Name · Status.
Filter: Status · Handling agent (incl. Unassigned) · Campaign.

You should see: The bottom shows how many are visible, e.g. "12 of 340".
  3. 03

    Save a filter for reuse

Click + Save current filter and name it. Next time — one click.
To remove a saved filter, right-click it.

Note: Saved filters live in this browser only.
  4. 04

    Clear

Clear all restores the full list. Done closes the panel.

Questions

No filter by date or source?

Right — the lead list has no date or source filter today. Sorting by Created helps; managers can analyse by period and campaign in the dashboard and reports.

What's the "N unassigned leads — click to filter" link?

Managers and team leads see how many leads have no rep. Clicking filters them so you can assign.
