Calls and messages from unknown numbers

Someone called or wrote from a number not in the system? Decide: new lead, existing lead, or irrelevant.

Steps

    The "Unmatched calls" block

    At the top of the lead list: Unmatched calls (and the To identify N counter) — calls, WhatsApps or emails from numbers not yet linked to a lead.

  2. 02

    Click and decide

    • Attach to lead.
    • Merge into existing lead → Confirm merge.
    • Create new lead.
    • Ignore (personal / irrelevant).
    Tip: WhatsApp sometimes hides the number — use Enter phone manually.
