Searching the whole system

Find any lead, task or note in seconds — by name, phone or a word.

Steps

  1. 01

    Open search

    Top bar›Search the whole system...

    Click Search the whole system... in the top bar, or press Ctrl+Shift+K (Mac: ⌘+Shift+K).
    On a phone, tap the magnifier icon.

  2. 02

    Type at least two characters

    Search by name, phone number, a word from a note or task, or an AI insight.
    Results are grouped and can be filtered: All · Leads · Notes · Tasks · Feedback & insights · Activity · Documents.

    Tip: Searching a phone number? Type it without dashes.
  3. 03

    Click a result

    Clicking a result opens it directly — a lead opens on its lead card.

    You should see: You're exactly where you wanted to be.
    Note: Search only shows leads you're allowed to see. Can't find one you know exists? It may belong to another rep — ask your manager.
