Joining from an email invite

Got an invite to CloseUp? Here's how to open your account in two minutes.

Your company admin sends a personal invite. Its link opens an account just for you — and you choose the password.

Steps

    Click the link in the email

    Open the invite email and click the link. A page titled "Join CloseUp CRM" opens.

    Note: The link is personal and works once. If you see "The invite link is invalid", ask your admin to resend — resending cancels the old link.

    Fill in your details

    • Username (for sign-in) — a short name you'll sign in with.
    • First name and Last name.
    • Phone — important: the system uses it to know which calls are yours.
    • Password and Confirm password.
    Tip: A good password: at least 8 characters, using three of — lowercase, uppercase, numbers, symbols.
  3. 03

    Finish

    Click Complete sign-up. You'll go to the sign-in page — sign in with your new username and password.

    You should see: On first sign-in a short welcome tour shows you around.

Questions

I never got the invite email.

Check spam/promotions. If it's not there, ask your admin to resend — or to share the link with you directly.
