Click the link in the email
It's valid for 60 minutes, once.

Choose a new password
New password + Confirm password → Update password.
Tip: At least 8 characters, not a common password, three of: lower, upper, numbers, symbols.

Check spam and that it's the address you were invited with. Still nothing? Your admin can send you a reset.
