Connecting a phone system (admins)

Steps

  1. 01

    Find your provider

    Lead sources → Phone calls. Choose Connect Telecom · OmniTelecom · Twilio / other PBX.

  2. 02

    Copy the URL into the provider

    Paste it into the provider's portal (Webhook / Event Server / Status callback) — or send it to their support.

    Note: The URL holds a private key — share it only with your phone provider.
  3. 03

    Test

    Make a test call and check it shows on the lead.
    Under Leads from phone calls you can enable Auto-create lead from unknown caller; when off, calls wait in Unmatched calls.

    Tip: The rep who answered always gets the lead. The assignment rule only decides unmatched calls.
