Steps

  1. 01

    Connect the channel (company admin)

    Lead sources → YouTube comments → Connect YouTube channel.
    In Tracking settings: Every new video or Only videos I chose, polling interval, and AI classification.

  2. 02

    Work the queue

    YouTube comments in the menu. Filter by Status · Intent · Confidence.
    Actions: Create lead · Assign to rep · Reject · Reply.

  3. 03

    Reply publicly

    Reply → optionally Draft with AI or Add contact link. Confirm it's public and click Publish reply.

    Note: YouTube shares no phone or email — leads start without contact details.
