Steps

    Open it

    Reports

    Reports under "Reports & insights".

  2. 02

    Pick a report and period

    Generate report: leads overview · agent performance · campaign performance · conversion by source · won deals · stale leads · task status · interaction volume · open AI recommendations · pipeline health · response times.
    Pick a Period and click Generate report.

  3. 03

    Export or send

    Export CSV · Export PDF · Send by email — to users or an external address.

  4. 04

    Auto-send schedule (admins)

    Schedules → New schedule: name, Frequency, Send hour, Data period, Format, Recipients.
    Each: Run now · Edit · Delete. History shows what went out.

    Tip: A good one: "Agent performance" every Sunday 08:00 to all managers.
