Creating a campaign and distributing its leads

A campaign = a lead source with its own address. Decide where leads come from and who gets them.

Each campaign gets its own intake address (webhook). Every lead arriving there is tagged to the campaign and distributed by your rule — so you know exactly what brings money.

Questions

I deleted a campaign — what happened to its leads?

They stay, just detached. Prefer Archive.

Who can manage campaigns?

Admins, sales managers and marketing. Reps, team leads and viewers don't see the page — they see each lead's campaign on its card.
